Introduction: My name is Brandi and I am a personal trainer in Santa Ana. I have had a strong interest and love for fitness since I took weight training in high school. I believe physical health and wellness is paired with mental health and wellness and that both can thrive off of each other. My goal overall is to help my clients feel better in their bodies, gain strength, become confident, and find happiness in making the changes necessary to feel great overall.
I also specialize in general population training, RFT (training geared towards first responders), and high intensity boot camp training.
