- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently taking college courses in kinesiology and plan on continuing my education to achieve a bachelors in Kinesiology Health & Performance and then continuing on to Grad school to study Exercise Physiology.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always loved training for sports and transforming my body. Once I started helping people out with their fitness goals I got a sense of gratification for helping them reach their goal, So I decided I was going to become a trainer because its something I love doing and its very gratifying to help guide my clients through their goals and at the same time building their confidence, really impacting their day to day lives.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most common services I provide my clients are private training sessions, or creating personalized meal plans for them according to their body needs, energy expenditure and their fitness goals
