What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When doing a job for a new client, I will contact them online via thumbtack, or over the phone to discuss further their project details and scheduling preferences. Next we assess any other necessary information for the project and set the assembly or installation date. Lastly all ends well with a job well done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been involved in many different facets of carpentry, construction, installation, and assembly my whole life. From digging basements and laying footers to laying carpet and tile to building playsets and household furniture. I've been studying and training through real and practical application my whole life.
