- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive, transparent, and designed to offer great value for high-quality window cleaning services. I offer special discounts for first-time customers, recurring appointments, seniors, and military members. Seasonal promotions and bundled service packages are also available to help you save more when booking multiple services. There may be additional fees for homes with three or more stories, hard-to-reach windows, or excessive buildup (paint, construction debris, etc.), which will always be discussed upfront. My goal is to deliver sparkling results with no surprises — just clear communication and top-notch service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by understanding their specific needs and the scope of the job. I offer a clear and honest estimate, explain the process, and answer any questions they may have. On the day of service, I arrive on time, treat their property with care, and ensure the work is completed thoroughly and efficiently. I always follow up to make sure they’re happy with the results, because customer satisfaction is my top priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received hands-on training in both residential and commercial window cleaning, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and attention to detail. Over the years, I’ve also completed safety certification courses for ladder use, fall prevention, and the proper handling of cleaning equipment and solutions. My training has given me the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality, streak-free results while maintaining a safe and respectful work environment for clients.
