Quick response. Very patient and helpful. No hidden charges. Followed up the next day to make sure computer functioning well. Easiest computer repair I've experienced!Nov 13, 2019Verified
Jeff Responded to me within five minutes and solved my pc issue professionally and politely. There was no question that he knew exactly what needed to be done to repair my computer. Thanks Jeff!Apr 17, 2019Verified
I'm lucky to have this man call me about my computer. He first sent a message and said he'd call in ten minutes and was right on time. I've got to get my bios password reset and even though the computer has to be taken apart to fix, he never charged me anything. Most repair people do charge an hourly rate. And he was going to wait until I got my check to pay him. I'd highly recommend him to anyone needing computer work done. Thank you Jeff..May 31, 2019Verified
The best way to decribe my experience is to say: " It doesn't get any better than this".. He was available on short notice and repaired my mess of a computer quickly, and I might add, at what I felt was a remarkably reasonable rate. He's a very nice guy who cares about his work. What more is there to say?Dec 21, 2016VerifiedThat Tech Jeff's reply

Andrew it was truly my pleasure!
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Always flat rate no matter how long I work on your PC. Just read my reviews here on Thumbtack.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? My process is simple. Look at my videos here for a demonstration of how I connect to you. My customers visit the GoToAssist website. I provide a key. Once connected my customer can do whatever they wish. Once the service is completed (approx one hour) I call the customer back and we discuss! Easy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?In this business Certifications mean nothing. As quickly as IT changes - the only way to stay on top of things is to keep yourself very involved in it. No school or class can teach this. They can teach the basics - but thats where education stops as far as IT goes.
