I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jeff contacted me very shortly after I submitted a request for assistance. He worked on my problem all day. Regardless of how much time he spends on your problem, he still charges the same rate ($70 for me). If he can't fix the problem, he won't charge you. He did all the work remotely. He called every hour or so to give updates and was very pleasant. He even set up my printer wirelessly, which wasn't something I initially asked for. If you have a computer problem, Jeff is your guy. He gives excellent, fast service.May 23, 2020Verified
Jeff responded to my email immediately and was extremely professional and was able to fix my computer the same day I called. I will definitely keep his number and use him again in the futureJun 24, 2020Verified
Tech Jeff called me at scheduled time. Problem with “slow Toshiba” laptop was quickly resolved. His 26 years of experience and knowledge was quickly demonstrated as I watched him quickly maneuver through various tools to resolve problems. I would strongly recommend Tech Jeff to All. P.S. I personally had Computer forensic Training and hold several Microsoft certifications but I am 14 years outdated. Jeff’s skills certainly are beyond my current level.May 23, 2020Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Always flat rate no matter how long I work on your PC. Just read my reviews here on Thumbtack.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A like to speak by phone first to clarify what needs to be done and explain how I will do it. Once thats decided it's all in my hands!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?In this business Certifications mean nothing. As quickly as IT changes - the only way to stay on top of things is to keep yourself very involved in it. No school or class can teach this. They can teach the basics - but thats where education stops as far as IT goes.
