Leo Rodarte was professional and very courteous. He knew exactly what to do to solve our leaking kitchen faucet, and he communicated what our options were, and it was a great relief to work with such a prepared technician. The office staff were all very efficient and responded to our concerns in a very kind manner. We wanted a plumber to come over as soon as possible and within 24 hours our problem was solved. We would recommend Elite Rooter to friends and we will call them first if we ever need a plumber.

I called for a clogged drain and the company had someone out within an hour. The plumber was very thorough and explained all options. Very nice and friendly. Would definitely recommended and use Elite plumbing again.

I just want to say I called this company for an emergency that ended up being a giant and complicated job. They fixed it in a short few days and were always professional and thoughtful of the inconvenience for my family. I would love to praise Pedro for his incredible and detailed work over 6 days at my home no under my home replacing all our old 1950s pipes! He was a pleasure to work with and very skilled and knowledgeable. The manager JR was very professional and honest about the parameters of the job and costs. He really worked hard to get me the best price possible and to make sure the work was completed better than the standards. I appreciate these guys and will call them again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Elite Rooter charges by the job not the hour so our clients know the price before we start and there are no surprises afterwards. Please ask about coupons that we often have for our drain cleaning services. We always offer 15% discounts for our seniors, military and educators. Coupons/discounts cannot be combined.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule same day appointments as needed or we can schedule at a time and date that works best for you. Once scheduled you will get a call from our technician when they are on their way to your home/business. Upon arrival the technician will diagnose the plumbing problem, communicate with you possible solutions and then if approved by you, the technician will start the work. We do not charge any trip fees and other hidden costs. All estimates are complimentary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Elite Rooter is a state licensed, full service, plumbing company. This means that we have to maintain industry standards to stay licensed. All of our technicians are experienced plumbers, with years of in the field knowledge and are certified. We believe in constant education and training. We have training sessions at our office 3 times a week where we discuss and train on all aspects of plumbing so we can provide a truly Elite experience to our clients.
