Kelsey is so sweet and so great to work with! I was so pleasantly surprised with how our florals turned out for our wedding. Kelsey made sure to get lots of inspiration photos from me before, and even asked about bridesmaid dresses to ensure they looked great in photos with the bridal party. I look back at photos and still am so impressed and happy with how they looked in our venue! Thank you Kelsey!

I'd give no stars if I could. I texted her twice in 6 days and she never responded. This was after I paid her in full 7 months ago and paid a 200$ "change the date fee"during the pandemic. I did not change my date on purpose, it was fully because the venue made me. Not one other vendor did this. She asked me how are our finances during the pandemic, I continued to tell her that my guy is a state worker and they planned to take 10% of his pay to help with the California deficit. So that's 800$ a month for us. She still charged us the 200$ she said she's giving us a 60% discount on that. 🙄 if we haven't already paid her in full we would have changed florist. Then she tried to say i didn't pay her the full 200$ because she only asked for 100 right now and 100 before the wedding. My fiance was so angry about it he said to just pay her the full amount, because we don't know what our finances would be then.
