John La Puma MD

Introduction: I see a small number of wonderful patients one on one to help them solve a personal medical problem with what they eat and how they live, often with coaching-style integrative programs conducted first in person in Santa Barbara and then by phone. I individualize programs for weight control (Refuel/Chef Clinic), chronic disease control (ChefMD) and optimal health/anti-aging (RealAge).
