I had a very good experience with this service. We agreed on a time and the girls showed up on time. Oscar sent over two girls who were very good cleaners, very pleasant and eager to please. They did a great job! I would definitely use this service again.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We provide free no obligation estimates. Meeting with potential customers at their place allow the customer to show us what exactly they need us to do for them which will allow us to provide them with a cleaning fee. First time cleanings are charge by the hour, there after ongoing scheduled services are charge by a fixed fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Customer contact us and we can either give the customer a ball park figure over the phone based on the description of their place and the services required, however meeting with the customer in person for an estimate is the best way to provide a quote. If customer agrees with quote then we begin working in scheduling their cleaning appointments
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have been cleaning for almost 30 years, we have attend several training workshops and regularly attend new products and equipment expos.
