We are very pleased with the work done by Cody Sell. He came in, assessed the job, we agreed on a price, and he executed without issue. When he needed parts, he asked for directions to the local hardware store and got what was necessary to complete the job. I had to leave one evening before Cody finished the job. My wife wasn't comfortable paying him without my reviewing the work. Cody had no issue with that, telling my wife to mail a check after we had checked the system and were satisfied with his work. I was able to check everything the next day, and it all worked beautifully. We mailed him a check that week. I would highly recommend Cody for any yard service needs including irrigation. In fact, he noticed that two of our irrigation valves were getting old and would probably need replacing soon. When that time comes, you can be sure I plan to call Cody for the job!

He called an hour before the scheduled time and cancelled as he said he was not informed of the meeting today. I had changed my schedule to be there as I can only meet on site on the weekend. He agreed to come Monday but I will not be there.
