I am available evenings Monday through Friday, anytime on weekends and some holidays to fit the clients' needs. I offer services within Ventura, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles (areas of Valencia/Castaic, San Fernando Valley/San Gabriel Valley) and Kern counties (Bakersfield area only). For Bakersfield area, I am available on weekends only. I offer a very low flat rate, less than most signing agencies! Yes, I'm an approved notary for the escrow companies.
