- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can offer both hourly or flat rates depending the move details and our customers preferences.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After thoroughly explaining the rates, payment options and services that we will provide, I verify what the new customer wants us to do. When we get to a move, we first do a walk through with our customers to get a solid game plan. This makes all the difference in efficiency. Once the move is complete, we make sure that the customer doesn't want anything else rearranged or assembled. Finally, we take payment at the end of the move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 11 years of experience in the moving industry. I personally make sure that all of our employees are properly trained and knowledgeable before they are ever put on a move. This ensures that we have a smooth moving process with great communication every time.
