While instructing through traditional and effective exercise technique (weight training, HIIT, circuit training, water aerobics, core strength), I draw from my eclectic background in aerial arts, dance, martial arts and gymnastics to provide a unique and personalized fitness experience for each of my clients. Your body is one of a kind, and I believe it should be treated as such. As a certified Flexibility Specialist (ACE), I specialize in flexibility, mobility training, core strength, "toning up" and functional training I also work in weight loss and lifestyle change. Whatever your goals may be, I work with you to get you where you want to be. I also provide partner and small group training. I love having the opportunity to work with a wide variety of ages, ability levels and personalities. Connecting with my clients on a personal level and seeing them succeed is the most rewarding aspect of what I do. Providing my clients with a lifelong perspective on health, wellness, and fitness is what I'm most passionate about. I love seeing former clients months and even years later accomplishing their goals using strategies they learned from our time working together.

Weight has been an issue my entire life. I have tried everything from fat camp, to nutri-system, to weight watchers, but was REALLY struggling to keep weight off. After years of consideration I underwent bariatric surgery. The lead-up to surgery was intensive, but I decided to work with Emily so I could be in the best shape possible for surgery. At 347 pounds working out was a struggle, Emily accommodated me in every way. After surgery, I continued to work with Emily and have lost 70 pounds so far! I cannot recommend Emily enough. I HATED working out, but Emily found work outs that were fun and engaging. I cannot recommend her enough!
