I cannot say enough positive things about Unique Maintenance. It is so rare to have a resource for my home that has Uniques' levels of quality, communication, professionalism, value for the work done and punctuality. They made a rental properties terracota tile floors look great after years of misuse & lack of maintenance. I am absolutely delighted with choice of using Unique Maintenance.
