- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Being identified as the choice to capture our clients' special occasion is only the beginning. Knowing their likes, preferences and desires is very important. We then focus on creating a strong relationship, because we want them to feel comfortable with us in order to enhance their experience. To-date we have kept in touch with about 90% of a clientele, which are spread all around the world.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We learn the trait by working with highly talented professionals. We put in our hard work starting from the bottom, learning techniques, photography rules and tricks of the trade.
