Kevin identified my plumbing problems quickly. He appears to be very experienced and has an instinct — and his instinct was right. He fixed my plumbing by working nonstop for a whole day. After he finished, he ran several rounds of tests (without me asking) to make sure everything was working. By doing so, he uncovered another problem which he fixed. I was very thankful that Kevin was so thorough and helped me avoid headaches in the future. He explained everything patiently and cleaned up after he’s done. His office also worked really hard, responding to my requests right away and late into the evening. Great job!

I had a dishwasher that was not draining. Figured the lines must be clogged. Kevin explained to me the different things that could be causing the drainage problem. And also quoted me a price for each individual issue. What I found remarkable that he charged no service charge to come to my home to check the problem. A rarity these days. As he explained everything, I could see that he was very knowledgeable in being able to diagnose the problem. He was right with the first diagnosis that the line was clogged but he also noticed that the lines weren’t exactly installed in the correct position and wondered if this could be a problem. This is where I believe he went beyond expectation. He wanted to run my dishwasher to make sure that the lines weren’t causing any problems with the drainage which meant that he had to run my dishwasher with the shortest cycle being one hour. He stayed until that cycle went through to make sure everything where in working order . Thankfully everything was in working order. There was no extra charge for this, he stuck to the original bid of the job. And I must say that what he charged me for the job was extremely reasonable! I would highly recommend Kevin and plan to keep him as my personal plumber for future jobs. He’s a very likable and knowledgeable young man. I don’t usually write reviews so for me to do this, I was highly impressed.

Kevin did a great job of troubleshooting my issues, explained them to me, and gave me options. It’s worth noting that he repaired what most plumbers would prefer to have replaced, even when the life of something is still good. I’ll be keeping him in repeat for any plumbing issues.

I had a problem with my toilet not emptying fully when flushed. I had called a plumber in and he said "Oh, you have a blockage and you just need us to "snake" the line". Some time later, when he was finished "snaking", the problem remained and the plumber said he did not know what the problem was. Not so good, especially when he charged me in full. Not sure where to turn, I contacted Kplumbing, having read their positive views on Thumbtack. The person who came out, Kevin, was honestly terrific. He said he would like to complete an inspection - for free - in an effort to identify the cause. His inspection was very through and true to his word said I owed him nothing. He identified the issue as the toilet itself, which surprised me. But he had showed me all of the other possibilities and explained clearly why none of those things was causing the problem. Several days later, after replacing it, all is working great. Kevin was calm, patient, very thorough and caring in his approach to ensure I received the best assistance possible. I seldom take the time to write reviews like this as I am very busy. But Kevin was so impressive, I wanted the community to know that as I know first-hand how difficulty it is to find honest, quality assistance. Kevin provides that and i am confident you will be pleased with him if you give Kplumbing a try. Thanks Kevin & Yolanda for your help!
