We had such a great experience! Our dishwasher broke and he was able to come within 15 minutes. He was cheaper than the other people we reached out to and because of Coronavirus he also wore a mask and wiped down everything when he was done.

The service call which includes the diagnostics is $70, and it's fully waived if you decide to go ahead with the repair.
We always give the best price that we can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask information about the appliance that failed (pictures of the manufacturer name and model number are always helpful), give pricing information and then set a Date to go fix it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are experienced professionals, most of us have a master's degree.
