I do not know much about computers but when Dan came he took the time to explain and recommend things free of charge. He also did exactly what he was scheduled to do, and also went above and made sure all my questions were answered. (Btw he used words non tech people would understand) :) I will only use Dan, as he doesn’t make me feel stupid like some computer savvy people.

Dan was prompt, helpful and very accommodating! I was visiting the bay area and needed to urgently reinstall Windows. Since I did not know the area well, we quickly hit upon an easy-to-find public library to carry out the task, which was a big relief.

About this pro

I started in IT while attending Heald School of Business and Technology. My experience includes Server and End User support in a Help Desk/Network Engineer environment for .com corporations to what I do now as an IT Specialist to SME's. I strive to build long term relationships and retention rates with my clients by providing quality, proven IT solutions built to their unique business needs. I like improving the IT infrastructure of a businesses environment and showing businesses how technology can be used to their advantage.

Q & A

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, webinars, whitepapers, forums are just some of the resources that a good IT professional uses.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I worked for THE major phone company. The network would go down and everything would come to a complete halt, until the IT person did their thing.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Have a budget or have a interest in creating one. Do not use multiple IT vendors.
