    Helpful and accommodating
Dan was prompt, helpful and very accommodating! I was visiting the bay area and needed to urgently reinstall Windows. Since I did not know the area well, we quickly hit upon an easy-to-find public library to carry out the task, which was a big relief.

I worked with Daniel on an IT project when we moved offices. His rates were very fair and competitive. I would easily refer him to another organization that requires IT support and needs.

Q&A

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, webinars, whitepapers, forums are just some of the resources that a good IT professional uses.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I worked for THE major phone company. The network would go down and everything would come to a complete halt, until the IT person did their thing.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Have a budget or have a interest in creating one. Do not use multiple IT vendors.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The amount of different platforms and architectures we have to work with. Also the knowledge I have that cannot be learned in a classroom but is developed through years of hands on experience.
