It was my fiancee and I first time to do a dancing lesson. We decided to take a chance. It was well worth it. William makes you feel comfortable, confident and fun. I would highly recommend William. Thank you William cant wait to see how the dance will turn out on the day of the wedding. -Corona/CardenasDec 1, 2019VerifiedWe Evolve Dance's reply
Thank you for your kind words Denise. I can’t wait for you guys to start and I’m excited for this journey of yours to take place.
William responded immediately to my request for last minute dance lessons. He took into account the different levels of the dancers when choreographing the waltz for us and was able to make everyone look good. It was a lot of fun and I would go to him again in a heartbeat.Dec 24, 2019We Evolve Dance's reply
Hi Julie, It was wonderful to work with you and your beautiful family. How exciting a Christmas wedding must be. I am truly happy that you all had fun in the class. Thank you once again for a choosing We Evolve Dance. Warm regards and Merry Christmas!
My fiancé and I wanted to get some professional dance lessons for our first dance at our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier that Will came to our rescue. We have no dance background and Will made the experience very fun and comfortable. We chose the 7-class package and it was well worth it. With only 4 weeks away from our big day, Will guided us to dancing a wedding rumba and it has been a well-worth journey. Will is patient, flexible to catering our speed, and critiques us as needed for improvements. I highly recommend Will to choreograph your first dance 💃🏻.Nov 7, 2019We Evolve Dance's reply
Terri, thank you kindly for your comments. I’m glad that you felt rescued and then I made your experience a lot of fun and comfortable. Doors always open for you guys to come back and take classes. I wish you the best in this new adventure you guys are about to take, congrats!
I have taken several lessons with William and each time is a great experience. He is very professional yet so funny making the lesson less stressful and fun. He introduces styles that are very nice making you look great on the dance floor. He makes sure all students are comfortable and he is very patient, breaking down the steps till you get it. He is a nice person overall.Oct 28, 2019We Evolve Dance's reply
Edna, thank you for your comments. I’m happy to know that you feel entertained and that you feel comfortable with me. Hope to see you soon!
My wife and I have now taken several salsa lessons with Will. He is a very experienced dancer and was able to tailor the classes to us (we are new to dance) while making them fun and educational. I do not claim to be a good dancer and Will was very patient with me which helped me learn quicker. Regardless of skill level, I would highly recommend signing up for dance classes with Will if you want to learn something new or improve your skills while having a great time!Dec 17, 2019We Evolve Dance's reply
Chris, I am glad that I was able to prepare you to salsa dance with so much spice and flavor that you guys came back for some more. It was an absolute pleasure teaching you and Meagan and I truly hope to see you back for more. Thanks again for your kind words. Best, William

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The first lesson is always a little bit longer than the rest, because I get to know the student’s background as a person and in dance. It is almost an evaluation of how coordinated they are and what can be best applied to their ability for in the time that they have decided to take for what they would be learning from me. Each style and reason a person has takes a different amount of time. For example a wedding couple might only need 5 classes, other might need 10 classes. Private dance students learning a certain style of dance might need an ongoing class for many months or years or they could be preparing to go on vacation where the style of dance would be seen quite frequently and they could want a few classes just to get them to the level of comfortable on the dance floor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 3 college degrees, 2 of them concern performance art. The first one is a degree in Contemporary Dance and the second one is a degree in acting. However before I had these 2 degrees, I have had many excellent and not so excellent teachers around the world. From ballet, tap, jazz to salsa & bachata, ballroom and folkloric dancing. I also have many certifications in different styles of dances, like pole dancing and dance fitness. I am certified AFAA to work in any gym as a group fitness instructor. The most important part of my education has been the experience I have gained over the last 20 years especially when it has to do with customer relationships knowledge of when I’m teaching and to truly understand what people want.
