Initially, someone in the office had set up an appointment for me for a service they don't do. The technician took one look at the appliance and said "we don't service those, but let me try free of charge." He was terrific, professional, courteous - and gave it a shot. I gave the company a "2-star" rating because of the clerical error of booking the apptmt in the first place, and was wowed by the care they took in following up with me afterwards. The technician followed up, the customer service manager followed up - even on a Saturday of a holiday weekend! They really showed that they care, not just about the customers who had a positive experience, but also for the customers who had a poor experience. I am not easily impressed, but they certainly won me over - I'll happily use them again should the need arise for aircon or heating appliances.

Brett from Pacific Air kept us informed, arrived within 30 minutes of the planned window, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had the replacement pump in his truck. The repair was completed in that one visit and our air conditioning is working great. Terrific service!

Sam arrived on time and explained to me all the required parts to install an HVAC unit. He was very professional and patient. Sam then made sure to go into the attic and crawl space of the house to inspect all ducting and areas where the work will be done. He was very respectful of the house and ensured everything is returned and cleaned. I would recommend Pacific HVAC for all your heating and cooling needs
