- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultations are usually free unless I have to cover Thumbtack fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, I need to know their immediate concerns. I'll ask many questions to get to know the client and see if they are on the right track. This process allows me to get a deeper understanding of the client's financial situation and their goals. After that I can provide recommendations specifically to fit their needs. Sometimes, a financial analysis maybe necessary. After developing detailed financial strategies I'll assist the client to implement the plan. Going forward, we'll have reviews on a semi or annual basis or depending on the client's need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from San Jose State in finance. I have been in practice for 15 years. I have licenses that allow me to advise on insurance, investments, and general financial planning.
