My previous contractor spent two days, two hours each day trying to get the shower handle off because it didn't turn properly. Even though I paid him, he couldn't do it. Gilberto came to rescue. After 30 minutes, the old shower handle came off and he installed new handle and it worked like a miracle! He did it at no charge telling me it's his way of given back to the community and help people in need due to COVID-19. Gilberto is very skilled at and capable of what he does. Most importantly, he has a big heart and his kindness will be remembered for life. 💝
