These folks helped prepare 3441 Oak Knoll for sale. They refinished the wood floors, replaced carpet with plank, painted interior and exterior, finished part of the basement, painted the cabinets. It was like a new home when they were done. Completely changed and a ton of value added beyond to the house. I’ve referred them to others as well.

Overall fair experience. Guys work quickly at times but tend to slow down if they don't have instructions and also don't speak English. Parts of painting were messy and also got my fence and concrete splattered, and leaky paint drips in random areas. Flooring was done well overall. Base boards do have some gaps on the bottom edge so wasn't aligned well. Good guys overall just maybe not super detailed when it comes to certain aspects of the project. Cheaper than other contractors.

I would give a thumbs up to prosperety in basically every dimension I can. From the start, actually we have already chosen someone, but prosperety was very fast at response and offer a very good price. I was double but the reviews made me decide to give a try. They not only complete the work ontime, were also super nice and easy to talk to, the floor after the job was so beautiful even better than I ever imagine, and checking every corner you can not find a flaw. The entire team is very professional especially Oleg was super dedicated and humble, he was willing to teach us how the work is done, and he was working for 11 hours straight without a break but never slow down for a moment. With the quality and price of this team, I don't know why I would consider any other choices.
