I hired Western Bay LLC for an engineered hardwood flooring and stair project, and overall I’m very happy with the result.

Aleksei was very easy to work with and responsive throughout the project. What I appreciated most was that whenever I had feedback or noticed something that needed adjustment, he listened and took care of it quickly. He was always willing to come back and make things right, which made the whole process much easier.

Their pricing was also very reasonable — one of the most competitive quotes I received — while the final result still turned out very nice.

Overall, good workmanship, great responsiveness, and excellent value for the price. I would definitely recommend Western Bay LLC for flooring projects.

Many thanks to Alex’s team, who carried out the complete remodeling of the office building owned by our company. They dismantled old, unnecessary fixtures; installed drywall, thermal insulation, sound panels, and large-format tiles; laid carpet tiles throughout the entire building; and performed both interior and exterior painting. What was particularly gratifying is that all the work was completed on schedule, and all the materials required for the remodeling were purchased and supplied by Alex—which saved us a great deal of time and money.
