The cleaning crew did an excellent job — they were professional, thorough, and respectful of my home. After the cleaning, I initially thought of gift cards were missing, but later realized they had been tucked behind a side table and I simply overlooked them. This was entirely my mistake. Throughout the situation, the owner handled everything calmly and professionally, which I truly appreciate. That level of integrity and responsiveness says a lot about how this business is run. Used BRAD Cleaning for an apartment deep cleaning. Daniel was very responsive to my inquiries and very accommodating to my schedule, even when I had to reschedule on short notice. The cleaners that came were professional and did a great job - even going so far as cleaning areas I never expected. They came on time and got right to making my place look great. I would highly recommend this cleaning service and I personally will use them again.
