Pro: I liked her working style. Very quiet and efficient. Con: I wish she did vacuuming the floors (incl living room) which I initially requested. Also, two desks with clutters were untouched. Still, she did a lot of work today efficiently without ever dumping my valuables, which tend to happen frequently by hiring one time cleaning service. Fridge cleaning also left out that was written in the project detail. Recommendation: despite some cons, I would definitely hire her again for “regular” cleaning—as opposed to deep cleaning.

The worst don’t use this person! Texted saying she was running late by 30 mins. Never showed up, when I checked back with Thumbtack it just said Job cancelled! No apologies no reason. I really needed the help as I was preparing for my daughters wedding! So disappointing!

Being out of work from COvid I think changed us all.. for me I started cleaning and helping out neighbors at the time..slowly it became my new career.
