Introduction: I have been in the business for 25 years. My experience started as young teenager working for the county of San Mateo Parks & Rec department. While working for the parks department, I would go to Foothill and CCSF community collage at night to study environmental horticulture. Once I completed my studies, I then worked for large commercial companies as a field manager. The type of clients there were large landscape properties like, corporate campuses, municipalities, HOA's, Business parks, large apartment properties, and high end residential homes. While working for these commercial companies I went on to getting many credentials. -Pest control license thru the state. -Certified Arborist thru ISA. -Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) thru national association called National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP) My credential with (NALP) where in Irrigation, Construction, and Landscape care. -I also participated as a Judge, and then to Judge technical advisor for (CLCA) California Landscape Contractors Association for new participants that wanted to get certified in the industry. As for my company my focus has always been in quality, and making sure you're 100% happy with our work. There's nothing better than happy customers! As well getting pre-exposed by happy customers is always the best!

Ruben and his team at Baylands Landscape Management did a great job on the project. They were able to come out during a short window time frame to assess the project and schedule the earliest time to tackle it. The team was able to finish the project the same day with great detail and touch. Will recommend Ruben and the team for other gardening jobs.

Reuben's communication was swift and friendly. He came by when he said he would to evaluate the job, and shared a very fair quote in a couple of hours. His crew was ready to start later the same week, very friendly and informed, and extremely professional. Ithe job was done rapidly and very well. I will definately use this vendor in the future, and recommend him unreservedly for your gardening needs.

Reuben and his team were great to work with. He was very responsive and scheduled a consultation visit right away. He arrived on time for the actual job and explained to his team what was required. Our plan was to just get the weeds cleaned but they also trimmed some of our plants making them look healthy. Reuben is very knowledgeable of all the plants and provides great tips too. We definitely recommend Reuben and his team for your next garden job.

Highly recommend Baylands landscape! This is my first time hiring a pro to do work in my front and backyard. I’m extremely satisfied with the work. They cleared out my front and backyard of all the weeds and plants that I wanted gone. They worked incredibly fast., efficiently and at a great price. They did a great job with what I had to work on. Responded quickly and did what I needed done. Hopefully he'll be my long term landscaper. He really helped me out.

Overwhelm customers with pricing is not what we want to do but, rather being very clear about the value you'll be getting is what we focus on. By helping our customers find the right pricing 'fit' is always a better approach for us. As cost and expensive very from property to property over all the quality of the work and happy customers is what is most important for us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first obtain basic information, meet at job site to look at scope of work, perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
