- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Overwhelm customers with pricing is not what we want to do but, rather being very clear about the value you'll be getting is what we focus on. By helping our customers find the right pricing 'fit' is always a better approach for us. As cost and expensive very from property to property over all the quality of the work and happy customers is what is most important for us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first obtain basic information, meet at job site to look at scope of work, perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-My education comes from going to Foothill Collage and CCSF environmental horticulture degree. -My training comes from work for large commercial property at a manager/supervisor level. -Credentials that I have acquired along my journey is: * Degree from Foot Hill Collage in Environmental Horticulture * Certified Arborist through ISA * Certified Landscape technician for Irrigation * Certified Landscape technician for Construction * Certified Landscape technician for landscape management * California contractor * California pest control license
