John with J&M Outdoor Services was great and professional. He responded quickly to my request and had good communication. He was able to proved a quote before starting the work as the job was larger what Thumbtrack projected so there was no surprises when hiring him to do the job. We were able to schedule a day and time to start the work. He showed up on time and was able to complete the job quickly. I was not able to be there to supervise but he sent me progress pictures to ensure the work was getting done. After the job has been completed I have schedule with him to come out regularly in the future to do yard work.
