Used B2 Moving recently for a long distance move from CA to NV. The guys were super fast & efficient loading and unloading all of our things. Moving is always a stressful situation, so they made the transition so much smoother. Not big talkers, but super hard workers. Also, quoting and booking was a breeze. They were super responsive and gave us the best quote from all the other movers I got quotes from. All in all, a great experience.

Good company, was able to make me a happy customer. I needed mostly large furniture moved but I did have them also pack my kitchen which they did very carefully. Nothing was damaged in the move, service was prompt and professional, and I was moved into my new place quickly. The hourly rate is very reasonable compared to other services. Both movers who arrived were experienced. They had no issue disassembling my bed and reassembling at the new place. I will definitely be using them for any future moves in this area.

  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday rates: - For a 2-person crew $129 per hour (cash rate) or $149 (card rate) - For a 3-person crew $169 per hour (cash rate) or $189 (card rate) - Each additional mover is $40. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday rates: - For 2 person crew $139 per hour (cash rate) or $159 (card rate) - For 3 person crew $179 per hour (cash rate) or $199 (card rate) - 3 hours minimum - Time starts when movers arrive. - Time stops once the move is completed. - No extra charge if you move under 10 miles. - More than 10 miles time back applies. - Pro-rated into 15 minutes increments. • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  The best way is to speak with our customers directly on the phone. Once on the phone we gather exactly what the customer needs, best contact information, and next steps in the moving process. We make sure the the customer is aware of exactly what our company does so we are on the same page.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  We make sure all our movers go to a 1-month movers training to handle furniture carefully and efficiently. Customer service is our number priority and we work hard to make sure our customers have a great experience. We give a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
