It would have been better if estimator would not have committed to us that all our stuff will fit in the 26ft trailer; even though we also thought it would fit. Still the move was great. Team had great attention to detail and patience. They accommodated our request to delay delivery so we could make to destination in time. Great work team B2!

I highly recommended B2 Moving.
I was moving from SIlicon Valley down to greater LA. The whole process from estimation to moving process was professional and easy.
The estimator John came to review and see what things are moving. He was clear about the estimation and what is included. The flat rate quoted was reasonable. There was another quote that was about the same as B2 Moving’s quote. I decided to go with the B2 moving because of their professionalism and upfront clear explanation of the moving process and expectation.
On the day of the move, Sam and Max came to pack up my stuff and load them into the truck. They were fast and careful. They wrapped up the furniture very well and well protected. They even brought to my attention about the broken coffee table legs. The legs were broken during the last move. I told them that I know the issue and won’t count against them. Later, I found out, they fixed the legs with glue as best the best as they can. Thank you Sam and Max!
After they packed up the truck, John drove my stuff down to LA. I was lucky enough to be able to do the same-day service. John kept me abreast on the status and ETA.
When the stuff arrived, the 2-people crew unloaded, reassembled and moved the furniture to where I wanted quickly. After the furniture, they unloaded the boxes quickly. They removed and threw away all the moving materials. I was able to inspect the truck to make sure all my stuff is out of the truck.
The whole moving process including contracts and payments were easy and professional. They have a well established process and system. I would work with them again in the future if the need arises.

As someone who is really anxious about my belongings and care more about worldy possessions than people, I mean it when I say you can trust B2 with your most precious things.
From the start, John was communicative and I was really happy with the price especially compared to everywhere else I called.
For context, I’ve had 1 moving company before scuff my expensive furniture and I was really worried. However, Tesh and Bale from B2 did such a good mummifying my items that I had nothing to worry about. They were also very pleasant in general :)
John did the 8 hour drive from Bay Area to SoCal. Then, John and Doren unloaded my belongings very efficiently. They also helped reassemble and place everything exactly where I asked (and were kind enough to rearrange again without question when I changed my mind)
Thanks to B2, I was able to get my whole setup in record time since they did all the heavy lifting : D
I attached some pics of my new room which they helped reassemble and move in all the items. Notice how my Herman Miller chair and Secret Lab desk are in perfect condition because of their care ^^
tldr; very very happy customer and would gladly use their services again. they really made the normally stressful task of moving feel seamless~

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday rates:
- For a 2-person crew $135 per hour (cash rate) or $145 (card rate)
- For a 3-person crew $185 per hour (cash rate) or $195 (card rate)
- Each additional mover is $50.
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday rates:
- For 2 person crew $155 per hour (cash rate) or $165 (card rate)
- For 3 person crew $205 per hour (cash rate) or $215 (card rate)
-No gas fee, No truck fee;
- 3 hours minimum;
- Time starts when movers arrive;
- Time stops once the move is completed;
- No extra charge if you move under 10 miles;
- More than 10 miles time back applies;
- Pro-rated into 15-minute increments.
No additional fees or hidden fees. There is no fee for stairs, assembling, disassembling, wrapping, or long walking (long carry).
Moving pads (blankets) to protect your furniture are always free for the move process.

- 2bdrm - 2 or 3 movers, (typically takes 4-6 hours)*

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best way is to speak with our customers directly on the phone. Once on the phone we gather exactly what the customer needs, best contact information, and next steps in the moving process. We make sure the the customer is aware of exactly what our company does so we are on the same page.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We make sure all our movers go to a 1-month movers training to handle furniture carefully and efficiently. Customer service is our number priority and we work hard to make sure our customers have a great experience. We give a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
