It was great fun training with Jared. My goal was to lose weight and be able to independently workout after training with him. In just 10 workout sessions with Jared I lost over 10lbs, started to look better in shape, can fit into my clothes that I haven’t able to for a while. Since he noted down everything for me, I can certainly workout independently now. It was his motivation and encouragement that has helped me get fitter, stronger, healthier. Jared is an amazing trainer. He really cares about the client. A lot of the time I see trainers who don't really care. They tell the client to do an exercise and then leave the client there to go socialize or talk with others. Jared is by your side the entire session making sure that every single rep is perfect form. He is very good at paying attention to detail and makes sure that the client is doing everything properly so that they lose fat and build muscle efficiently without getting injured. He is a hard worker and truly cares about the results and happiness of others. One thing I admire about Jared is that he doesn't pretend like he knows what he is talking about. There is tons of information out there and it's hard to know everything. So, if he is unsure about something (rare) he will research and ask others so that he is confident in the knowledge he is giving to others. I would highly recommend Jared if you're looking to reach your goals in a safe and efficient way. He will hold you accountable and follow up to make sure that you are reaching your results. Jared is one of the few 5 star trainers I have met, and he has even taught me many things. Also, mobility is a huge issue when it comes to working out. If you're not mobile/flexible, your workouts are inefficient. He knows how to fix these muscle imbalances and improve flexibility so that his clients reach their results.Dec 28, 2017

Please respect my time, however, text conversations about relationships and topics not directly related to job are discouraged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I usually go over to people's apartments and bring my measurement tools and we do a mixture of workout, talk about health in between sets, and goals for the week. I am pretty easy going on payments just by the end of the week, no need for anything immediately after sessions. I work with about I'd say 75% for at least a few months - so if we aren't having fun together then it probably won't work out.
