I was in deep panic for an unfortunate situation in my home. Given that I am miles away from my home I had to find someone quickly and there comes help in the form of Miguel Portales. He was extremely helpful, calm, patient and responsive although he NEVER had experience dealing with this situation. He advised me well on what to do and more importantly what NOT to do. Miguel fixed the home for showings and helped fill it soon. I will highly recommend Miguel for your home property management.

Where can I start? From the beginning, Mr. Portales showed professionalism and responded all my questions. I contacted two other professionals but non of them provided a written detailed proposal and marketing plan like Miguel did. From there I knew I was dealing with a true professional. I looked up Miguel online to see who I was about to do business with and I was pleased with what I found about him and all reviews I read from different sites. Once I hired him, he brought his team and got my property ready for market and found me a good family to rent my home in less than two weeks! Now I am looking to purchase another rental and he is also helping me with the purchase. I recommend Mr. Portales for all your real estate needs. John C.

Miguel was very easy to work with especially helping me prepare my house to be rented out. He was always easy to get a hold of on just about any day and answer any of my questions to help me through the process. Miguel is very caring and professional to work with.
