Amit and Gina provided us with fantastic real estate services with their extra personal touch. Gina and Amit are amazing! They know the business very well and educate you on the what, why and how of the process in buying a house. We recently bought our second property using their service. The Arigna Team is the best in the business. I have been in the market for over 5 years looking at houses and submitting offers. Went with 2 Agents and even dealt with a Broker. Purchasing a home is very frustrating when you can not get what you want. I have been over bid by many cash offers. I was on the verge of moving out of my desired location just to purchase a home. Until I found the Arigna Team and I was very skeptical about using them because I was so feed up with purchasing a home. I than decided to give them a try. After meeting them I was well taken care of. Not only are the patient but they understood my position and did whatever it took to get me my house. We searched many homes till I found what I wanted. When they come show you homes the visual inspect the homes and tell you exactly what is wrong with the house and what it takes to get it fixed. They don't try to sell you so you can submit a offer. They really go above and beyond as if they were buying a home for themselves. After I decided to purchase a home I was still skeptical because I have put many offers before and never succeeded. Now this is when I was very impressed due to their negotiation skills. They have a mouth piece that goes a long way. If your looking for a Realtor that drives a nice car and dressing like a millionaire your going the wrong way. Go with someone who has a mouth piece and can negotiate for you. The Arigna Team in my eyes are the best in the business. I got advice from a Broker and they wanted me to pay $60,000 more than what my offer was with the Arigna Team. The Arigna Team is worth their weight in gold! Gina and Amit helped me buy my home last Oct 2015, and they went over and above expectations. I did not start with them as realtor as I was with someone else, however they showed such interest in helping me and followingup which was the key for me to switch. We do not have a standard pricing. Every situation in a real estate transaction is very unique just like our clients. We can definitely talk about the pricing once we set up an appointment and understand the clients needs.

We always like to meet with the first time client at our office if possible. We sit down and try to understand the client's home search criteria in terms of location, size of home and type of home. We understand that our clients time is very valuable and having this conversation helps us understand better about the clients home search criteria helping them identify potential properties.
