My Jenn-Air stove LCD screen went out. Only 3 yrs old, very expensive stove. When I called Jenn-Air they said that it was out of warranty. I called Nurr. When he came and took the stove apart to get to the screen, I figured it's basically going to be replacing the screen. He said that might be the case but he said he believes the screen could be fixed without having to be replaced. When he called Jenn-Air they said that the screen HAD to be replaced and it was $900 just for the part. I was very upset that it was going to cost me over $1000 to get my new and expensive stove working. Nurr however didn't agree with them and insisted that the screen only needed to be reprogrammed. He insisted to JA person on the phone but they wouldn't help at all. Their only answer was that we need to replace the screen. Nurr worked on this for over 4 hours and guess what: he got it to work. Saved me a lot of money. Thank you.
