Thank you for your help in my IRS audit regarding payroll taxes for my company. You revised my corporate and individual taxes for the last 3 years and ended up with a big outlay of cash for both my personal and corporate tax returns.     Bookkeeping and Recording we have a new construction company that wants to start the right way. We wanted to scout for a bookkeeping service and recording service. Here are the scope or sample: You setup the chart of accounts and we will use quickbooks online. We get our first project, then we start our monthly/quarterly bookkeeping. We establish pricing for number of documents (pricing per 50-100 docs) We send documents in a box/packet through ups/fedex (from receipts to quotes to agreements). We might use shoeboxed if preferred. Accountant uploads them on skydrive/dropbox/googledrive. Attach source documents to their proper place (i.e credit card receipts organized per category per quarter, then copy --digital copy only-- them to their cc statements, for audit purposes). We prefer quarterly dividers ring binder system for now. Accountant enters all necessary transactions to qb online. Scan the documents and sort them out, return them to us on a quarterly basis. The need for project costing is needed, profit and loss every project. Weekly list of payable. No inventory management. We want to be as audit free as possible.
