At Obedient Tails Dog Training I focus on building better bonds between dogs and their families. I do not believe in quick fixes and instead I take the time to understand each dog’s personality and your goals so we can create lasting results. Whether it is leash manners, crate training, recall, or helping your dog settle in busy environments, I bring patience, structure, and a personal touch to every session. I have worked with all types of dogs from stubborn puppies to high energy huskies and my goal is always to make training simple, clear, and effective for both you and your dog.

I had an amazing experience working with Los for my husky, Loki. Huskies are known to be very stubborn, but with Los’ guidance, Loki has learned so much—place, leash training, and lots of basics like paw, down, sit, and speak.
What really stood out is that Los didn’t just train my dog, he also taught me. As a first-time dog owner, I gained so much knowledge on things like potty training, recall, and how to properly communicate with Loki.
I can honestly say both Loki and I have grown a lot thanks to Los. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer who truly cares and makes sure both the dog and the owner are set up for success.

Carlos is an incredible trainer with a true gift for working with dogs and their owners. He works closely with you to make sure you understand the relationship between you and your dog. His patience, knowledge, and dedication show in every session.
Carlos takes the time to explain the reasonings behind his methods, making sure both you and your dog feel confident and supported. Thanks to him, training feels less like a chore and more like a partnership. I couldn't recommend him enough!

I can’t say enough good things about my friend Carlos and the work he’s done with my dog. Before training, my golden was a handful, especially at just a year and a half old. Carlos introduced us to the E-collar and completely transformed him. Now, instead of struggling with walks, he’s an amazing off-leash dog who listens and responds no matter the distraction.
On top of that, Carlos taught him a variety of commands that have made day-to-day life so much smoother. Simple things like recall, place, and structured obedience have been game changers. It’s such a relief to know I can trust my dog in situations that used to feel overwhelming.

Such a great experience with Los! They were really friendly and made my dog feel comfortable right away. My pup actually enjoyed the sessions and learned so quickly. You can tell they have a real gift with dogs!
