FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is customized based on the property type, number of units, and level of service needed. Single-family homes, multi-unit properties, commercial properties, and HOA communities all have different needs, so we provide a clear quote after learning your goals and scope. Property management fees commonly vary by service type, monthly rent, or association/community needs. For HOA communities, pricing depends on board expectations, meeting schedules, financial reporting, site visits, vendor coordination, and overall community support needed. We believe in transparent pricing, no surprises, and matching the right service plan to your property or community.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to learn about you, your property or community, and your goals. We ask questions to understand your needs, challenges, expectations, and the level of support you are looking for. From there, we review the property or HOA scope, discuss services, pricing, communication preferences, and create a clear plan for onboarding. A strong onboarding process usually includes discovery, document collection, system setup, property or community review, and a first report/check-in. Our goal is to make the process simple, organized, and transparent so every customer knows what to expect from the beginning.
