FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At CK Roofing, our pricing is always clear and straightforward — no hidden fees. Every estimate includes all materials, labor, taxes, and cleanup. Permit fees are separate, since they vary by city. We base our pricing on accurate roof measurements, material type, and project complexity, so customers pay only for what their home actually needs. We also offer free inspections and detailed written estimates, as well as multi-roof or referral discounts when applicable. Any additional work (such as replacing damaged wood beyond the included allowance) is always discussed and approved in advance. Our goal is to make pricing easy to understand, predictable, and fair — with quality that lasts.
 - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, transparent, and customer-focused. We start with a free inspection or online estimate based on your roof size and preferred materials. Next, we provide a detailed written proposal explaining exactly what’s included — materials, labor, warranties, and any optional upgrades. Once approved, we handle permits and scheduling, and our project manager stays in touch throughout the job to ensure quality and communication. After installation, we perform a final cleanup and walkthrough so you can see every detail before signing off. We believe every customer deserves a stress-free experience, clear communication, and a roof that’s built to last.
 - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team combines more than a decade of hands-on roofing experience with formal training in construction safety, building codes, and material installation certified by leading manufacturers such as GAF and Polyglass. We have a different experience with systems and project management, which helps ensure every project is organized, documented, and completed to the highest standards. We continuously update our skills through manufacturer courses, OSHA safety training, and field inspections to stay current with the latest roofing technologies and energy-efficient systems.
