Great company to do business with. Interviewed seven roofing companies, CK roofing had competitive pricing, the thing I really liked was Tim did what nobody offered to do, he sent his drone up and took SQFT readings, Slope readings of the pitch of the roof. Everybody else climbed up there and probably broke more tiles in doing so. Work was done on time, and most importantly at the agreed amount.

At CK Roofing, our pricing is always clear and straightforward — no hidden fees. Every estimate includes all materials, labor, taxes, and cleanup. Permit fees are separate, since they vary by city. We base our pricing on accurate roof measurements, material type, and project complexity, so customers pay only for what their home actually needs.
We also offer free inspections and detailed written estimates, as well as multi-roof or referral discounts when applicable. Any additional work (such as replacing damaged wood beyond the included allowance) is always discussed and approved in advance.
