The owner personally came out the day I called and went up on my roof. He saw the problem whereas my clay tiles had not been installed properly by the builder, I.e., they did not use enough mastic to secure the tiles and over time and several rains the tiles shifted exposing by bare wood.He replaced them to their original spots temporarily until his crew could come back after the rains. We had rain the next day with zero water coming in.Once the rains stopped his crew did the maintenance in one day.Fantastic service with a personal touch and Perfect Roof was almost half the cost!!!He even discouraged me from having extra work done that the other company said needed to be done. To give me confidence he cut a small hole in the drywall so I could see there was no water damage in the wall saving me from replacing the entire wall of drywall.You dont normally find that type of integrity today.
