I use mindfulness-based, somatic, hypnotherapy, transpersonal, and cognitive-behavioral approaches to deal with unwanted patterns or life issues. I come from the perspective that though pain is often inevitable, suffering is not. I have over 25 years of private practice in the Santa Cruz area.
