Introduction: Interested in moving better and without pain? Jessa offers training which can get you there. She provides bodywork and private fitness training using the Functional Patterns method - and conducts both types of sessions at a private gym in Soquel Village, or for clients who prefer the convenience of receiving massage or working out at home, she will travel to their private residence. Jessa specializes in getting clients out of pain, assisting in weight loss, muscle gain, and helping to train for a specific sport or event. The Functional Patterns method is world renowned for achieving outstanding results, without bringing on the pain and compression that many traditional strength training systems can’t seem to avoid. Jessa is currently a certified Biomechanics Specialist through Functional Patterns, and also has her personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Jessa is a certified massage therapist — trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release and Sports Massage. She recognizes the benefits of massage, including stress relief, improved circulation, muscular and fascial hydration, increased mobility and as recent studies show, enhanced mental and emotional health. Whether you are experiencing physical pain or limitation due to injury or surgery, an athlete looking to improve performance and ease tense muscles, a professional with a demanding career and stressful work week, or someone interested in enhancing their physical experience — Jessa provides rejuvenating bodywork and educational movement therapy sessions.

Massage Therapy

This was my first time getting a massage from Jessa and I am kind of picky when it comes to my massage therapists. I look for skill, technique and knowledge base. Jessa has all three! I felt so relaxed and de stressed after the massage. Thank you Jessa!

Jessa was great ! I recently was in a motorcycle accident and requested extra attention in tense areas and her skills were beyond a normal massage. Highly recommend.

Massage Therapy

Jessa was great! My husband and I were very satisfied after our massages. She really worked on my neck issue and I was so relaxed I think I nodded off a couple times. She has strong hands and is a very pleasant and warm woman. Thanks Jessa, you rock!
