- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
no standard pricing systems; clients pay per hour or per project; mileage is charged for locations more than 20 miles away from organizer's office
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the clients needs, we will have an introductory phone call or an on-site assessment. Once the client has scheduled the first session, we provide hands-on organizing services. We will take the donations for you at the end of each session and give you the tax deductible receipt.
