I had some leaks in my roof and invited several companies to inspect it to see what should be done. Sam blew the competition out of the water with his thoroughness. He used satellite images to see the missing shingles, where the potential leaks may be and also went into the attic and spotted several places where there was wood rot and mold in the sheathing (none of the other companies spotted these issues). This was important to me because my kids have health issues.Even though my roof was only 10 years old, it was clear the previous company had done a poor job. I will next time use Apollo Roofing to get the job done properly - they are the Rolls Royce of the roofing world.
