Clark was very responsive at the beginning, which is why I hired him. He represented himself as efficient, but during the furniture assembly process it became clear that he had overestimated his ability to work quickly. The job took significantly longer than expected, and my mother and I repeatedly had to point out issues during assembly that were not correct. While the final work he completed was ultimately solid, the lack of efficiency caused delays. One of the larger pieces was assembled incorrectly, and Clark agreed to return to fix it. However, after he was paid, communication became inconsistent and unreliable. He gave multiple excuses and ultimately never showed up to complete the correction. I paid $800 total. When I requested a partial refund, he only sent $40. I asked for an additional $40 to fairly reflect the unresolved issue, and after that request, he stopped responding entirely. Overall, the work was solid, he was just inconsistent.

Clark came to my house on time, well mannered and through our conversation I could tell he knew what he was doing of course he was only installing a few door knobs and doors but I didn't know there were so many options available I mean it's door knobs right but anyway he was fast once he started working and even his price wasn't to bad but the work quality was impressive the doors swung easy and the door knobs fell right into place thanks Clark in the future your my go to guy
