Elite Rooter provided excellent service. The technician arrived 15 minutes early and got right to work with the preliminary inspection. Quote took 10 minutes and actual repair time took 45 minutes. He provided feedback how often I should replace the parts on my toilet. He was very professional in his performance of required tasks.

Had been suffering with a backing up toilet and shower Mike and the guys cleared the clog in no time and did a camera inspection to show me where the underlying problem was. Thankful to have functional plumbing again. My poor wife was having to go to her sister's to shower.

Called in the morning and they told me they could show up between 1-2 hours later and they showed up right at an hour which was great. They took a look around and explained possible causes, and they were able to fix the leak the same day. Sergio and his team were informative and helpful.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Elite Rooter charges by the job not the hour so our clients know the price before we start and there are no surprises afterwards. Please ask about coupons that we often have for our drain cleaning services. We always offer 15% discounts for our seniors, military and educators. Coupons/discounts cannot be combined.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule same day appointments as needed or we can schedule at a time and date that works best for you. Once scheduled you will get a call from our technician when they are on their way to your home/business. Upon arrival the technician will diagnose the plumbing problem, communicate with you possible solutions and then if approved by you, the technician will start the work. We do not charge any trip fees and other hidden costs. All estimates are complimentary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Elite Rooter is a state licensed, full service, plumbing company. This means that we have to maintain industry standards to stay licensed. All of our technicians are experienced plumbers, with years of in the field knowledge and are certified. We believe in constant education and training. We have training sessions at our office 3 times a week where we discuss and train on all aspects of plumbing so we can provide a truly Elite experience to our clients.
