I was extremely impressed with Jason from Central Coast Maintenance Pros and the job he did. I found him to be friendly as well as extremely professional. He did a great job on fixing my above the windows leaks and went above and beyond to clean out a bathroom fan for me! His repair work was excellent and he took care to leave the site looking better than when he arrived. I highly recommend him and his company and will definitely use again and spread the word in the community!

We had Jason Rangel from Central Coast Maintenance Pros out recently to install some new door casing, and he did an incredible job. The cuts are perfectly tight and clean and you can tell he really knows what hes doing and doesn't rush through the details.Beyond the great work, hes just a genuinely nice, considerate guy. He was cleaning out our garbage disposal and went out of his way to warn our 8-year-old before turning it on so the loud noise wouldn't startle her. Its a small thing, but it says a lot about his character and how respectful he is when working in your home.While he was messing with the disposal, he also noticed a separate issue starting with our sink plumbing. Instead of trying to hit us with a hard upsell, he just walked me through what was happening, showed me the problem, and recommended a simple preventative fix to save us from future issues.Its hard to find honest, skilled tradespeople who actually care about the families they're working for. Jason is officially our go-to guy from now on. Give them a call, you won't regret it!

I was so impressed with the job Jason from Central Coast Maintenance Pros did. His communication through the whole process was professional. The repair work was top notch. And I think this is the first time I saw no evidence of a handyman's repair once he left. Not one piece of saw dust anywhere and he even swept my whole walkway! I will definitely use him again and recommend him to all my friends.
