- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? It really isn't complicated, there are just a few pieces of information we like to know. If your house is a 1 story house, is it on a raised foundation. It is important that I get the most accurate count of windows and how many are french windows. It is important to inform us about any special windows such as; transoms, stained glass, sidelights, garage doors, and glass brick. This will sometimes add a little extra to the price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I attend window cleaning seminars and network with window cleaners throughout North America. I like to be up to date on the latest window cleaning technology.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I worked as a janitor at a High School. A coworker showed me how to wash windows and I figured I could make a good income doing windows. My Business has progressed from there.
