All of our Celebration Specialist are fully trained. We train our Staff with several of the top Event Programs in the industry including Birthday University and IAAPA.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is important to make sure that the company you hire is a professional in their industry. This includes making sure they are insured and use the best equipment for the type of service they provide. So many fly by night operations exist with the main drive to make money and with no desire to establish a reputable, long lasting company. How long has the company you are considering been in business? Do they have references or testimonials from satisfied clients? Ask for 2 actual references that you can contact from past events. A professional event company should have a list of clients who can and will verify the credibility of their service. You should also ask to see pictures from the events the reviews come from on the page. The company that offers a significantly lower price then other competitor's should be a red flag. Getting the lowest price should not be the sole factor in making your choice. While paying less for a service you desire may feel better on the checkbook, you are most likely to experience sub par service, disappointment from your party guest and a disaster event that cannot be forgot.
