Introduction: I neither cook nor eat red meat and haven't since I was 25. It's just a personal preference, but none of my clients have missed red meat, since I cook all kinds of seafood and poultry, as well as shop at several farmers' markets for the best produce available seasonally. You'll feel very healthy and happy eating what I cook, I promise!

Leslie is an excellent chef, and has guided me into losing 20 lbs.
she has taught me to watch sodium content, and to learn how to cook with fewer calories, while cooking for me for months enabling me to keep a diet that lets me eat gourmet food she prepares and continue my weight loss program

I've worked with Leslie on many occasions. She has catered several parties for me and has done a terrific job. She is thoughtful and creative. Additionally, I've been to numerous of her popular Secret Suppers in Venice. The venue and attention to detail are truly spectacular. The cuisine & menus are always excellent. I highly recommend Leslie for anything related to food.

Having Leslie take care of a meal is a dream come true. She brought dinners over two nights a week and what a treat! Always so fresh, tasty and healthy. And effortless for me but you can tell in the quality & flavor that Leslie puts her heart & soul in every dish.

Leslie cooked Christmas Eve dinner for our extended family (14 guests). She was creative with the menu, and thought of all the details ahead of time so I didn't have to. The night of she was professional and cheerful, as was her assistant, and the food was loved by all. She even went above and beyond to find new recipes that would meet our guests' diverse dietary restrictions. We will absolutely be hiring her again.
