FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing, it's important to know that I tailor my rates to each individual event based on several factors, including the scope and specific needs of your event, the timing and location, as well as any equipment requirements and preparation or lead time. Here's a bit more detail: 1.Customized Pricing: Each event is unique, and I create a pricing structure that reflects the particular demands and details of your event. 2.Factors Considered: The main factors influencing the price include: - Event Scope: The overall size and complexity of the event. - Timing and Location: When and where the event is taking place. - Equipment Needs: Any special equipment or technology required. - Prep and Lead Time: The amount of preparation and planning time needed before the event. 3.Flexibility: I strive to be flexible and can work within most budgets, depending on the event's needs. My primary goal is to ensure your event is exceptional and memorable. 4.Focus on Quality: The most important thing for me is making sure your event is as special and exciting as possible, not just for you but also for all attendees and guests. By understanding these elements, you can be assured that my pricing is fair and designed to deliver the best possible experience for your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start working with a new customer, my process is all about clear communication and understanding your needs to ensure your event is amazing. Typically, we begin with a quick phone call or a text message chat to discuss the details of your event. Here's what you can expect: 1.Initial Conversation: We talk about the event, your specific needs, and how I can best fulfill them. This is a great time for you to ask any questions and share any pertinent information. 2.Event Details: I gather essential information such as the event's duration, location, and any particular themes or special requests you might have. 3.Setting Expectations: We discuss and set mutual expectations to ensure everything goes smoothly. This includes understanding the flow of the event, key moments that need highlighting, and any other critical aspects. 4.Positive and Happy Vibe: I strive to keep our interactions super positive and focused on making your event memorable and enjoyable. My goal is to ensure you feel confident and excited about how your event will unfold. By maintaining open communication and a positive approach, I work to tailor my services to fit your unique vision, ensuring that you have the most amazing event possible.
